About the Instructor
Bill Adams learned the Yang 108 Form in 1981. Several years later his friend, Nick Gracenin encouraged him to study further. Bill trained extensively with Mr. Gracenin and in seminars with Bow Sim Mark, Liang Shou Yu and other famous instructors who polished his form, explained applications and taught "chi" development.
Mr. Adams won a position on the 1993-94 U.S. National Tai Chi Team, placing in Baltimore at the National Event. In December of 1993 he spent 3 weeks in China, competing, plus training with such famous instructors as Fu Wen Lung, Wang Pei Sheng and Xia Bai Hua. He currently is training and teaching students in his own martial arts school, the Maryvale School districts community education programs, and a number of senior citizen centers. He has is proud to have developed some very competent instructors.
Out of town instructors: Dr. Barry Feinblatt (Las Vegas), Dr. John Starr (Scottsdale).
